They are the result of a carefully managed vineyard and great expertise in winemaking.The best parcels of land in the vineyard are dedicated to the Cuvee Mirabelle. Green grapes are hand-picked, stripped, and handled with the greatest care. The wines are aged or vinified in oak barrels to capture the essence of the Jaubertie terroir.
