This is from the home grown, organic estate, and picked from a mere less-than-10–or-so-metres from winery for its wild ferment and life in quiet contemplation before bottling. Love the lead of oatmeal, cornflakes, sour dough, vanilla wafer that come with this wine. Sea spray too, green apple, a crunch of just-ripe nectarine. It swishes around the palate with all that savouriness, a considered, loose knit feel, softness then a pleasing bite of freshnes. Such distinct pleasure here. And it’s own thing. Love it.
