Made as a bright and fresh blended white, but with a little oak adding complexity, especially on the palate. Light lemon and fragrant tropical notes on the nose. The palate is held close, with the lightly applied oak sitting snugly within. Impressively concentrated and intense with a lifted, racy finish. Excellent wine.

Lots of green elements – from the acidity to the fruit profile, a bit more ripeness would have fleshed out the palate. Still, it is crisp, tart and refreshing, with snow peas and wintergreen, passionfruit and jackfruit.
