I could be mistaken here, as it may have happened before, but the G-Dog (or one of his helpers) has popped the RRP on the side of the bottle this vintage, most helpfully. ‘Appreciate you’, as they so often say on The Bear. Pink grapefruit, fresh lime, aniseed, thyme and assorted herbs, with something of a violet and lavender perfume. This is very stony and strict, a little grainy grip, light but intense with lime zest and perfume on a tight quinine-laced finish of excellent length. A classic vintage for this wine. Cool but perfectly formed.
