The super young and tender white 2025 Blanco 2º Año was produced with 70% Viura, 25% Tempranillo Blanco and equal parts of Garnacha Blanca and Malvasía Riojana. It fermented with selected yeasts, one-third in untoasted French oak barrels and the rest in concrete, where it matured with lees for three months. It's very aromatic, a little medicinal and has a light palate with faint flavors. It has 13.5% alcohol and a pH of 3.44. 60,000 bottles produced. It was bottled in January 2026.

The 2025 Blanco 2º Año (75% Viura, 20% Tempranillo Blanco, 5% Garnacha Blanca) is still very young. On the nose, intense white fruit, pear water and a hint of banana sit in a slightly fermentative, primary register. The palate is framed by oak without it being imposing. Broad yet lively, it finishes creamy but fresh. The warmth of the year shows in its amplitude and early generosity.
