Tasting Notes

Pale golden straw with youthful green hues. The nose is vibrant and finely detailed, offering nectarine, yellow peach and Meyer lemon, lifted by citrus blossom and subtle notes of hazelnut, roasted almond, flint and gentle brioche. The palate is rich and textural yet beautifully focused, with ripe stone fruit and lemon curd balanced by bright, energetic acidity. Fine phenolic tension and well-integrated French oak contribute savoury depth, leading to a long, saline and mineral finish with persistent citrus and flinty nuances.
