Will please fans of this consistently rewarding, great-value wine. The initial attack boasts a good concentration of lemon peel and floral notes. The texture is silky yet lively, with fresh acidity and a subtle hint of pleasant bitterness that carries through the finish. There is good length for the category – this is an everyday white that will not disappoint. The grapes are from nearly a hectare in the village of Préhy, exposed to the northwest; they are lightly crushed and fermented in tank.
