The Collective Review
Sauvignon Blanc from Marlborough, NZ, is now entrenched in wine folklore, so much so that we can’t imagine a world without it. This one from Ara is characterised by a full-throttle nose of arresting aromatics before a zesty plate of tropical fruit and punchy fresh acidity. It’s a no-brainer for a goat cheese salad or can handle spicy dishes like Salt and pepper calamari.

Tasting Notes
Full, aromatic, and delivers with every mouthful. No messing around, this is typical Kiwi Sauvignon. A zippy, spicy drop with plenty of gooseberry fruit and a lip-smacking finish
Winemakers Note
Herringbone is a geological formation of hills. Their profile of undulating patterns was caused by water flowing down the slopes and carving through the earth over thousands of years. The Herringbone Hills lie to the west of the vineyard and run parallel to the Waihopai River in Marlborough, New Zealand’s most respected wine region.
All of our wines are now vegan-friendly and certified
