The palate is rich and concentrated, with ripe dark-fruit flavours balanced by fresh acidity and fine, firm tannins. Notes of spice, chocolate and earthy savouriness emerge through the mid-palate, leading to a long, persistent finish. A beautifully structured and age-worthy Shiraz, now developing attractive secondary complexity while retaining plenty of fruit depth and freshness.
